Manning brings over 18 years of experience with Gene by Gene, where he has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to the business, its customers, and its strategic objectives. Most recently, his leadership within the commercial organization has been instrumental in strengthening customer engagement and advancing the company’s market position.In his new role as COO, Manning will be responsible for aligning operations across the organization, ensuring seamless collaboration between departments and optimizing resource allocation to support both corporate priorities and client needs. He will oversee company-wide road mapping and prioritization, guiding operational strategy and execution as the business scales.
